We love enjoying delicious meals that we don’t have to prepare or clean up after ourselves, as well as the variety of exercise opportunities: aerobics, Pilates, Zumba, the fitness center and the nature walk.
Every waitress, server, cleaning person, cook, repairman and office person is kind, inquiring about our needs and ready to do more.

You have hired and kept dedicated individuals on staff. I wish we could personally reward them, but my sincere appreciation and humble gratitude is all I can express to you. May each of you feel blessed for the care you extend to each resident and know you are appreciated.
Life at The Village is like living on a cruise ship — with no seasickness! The administration and every staff person strive to meet all our needs. Heaven right here on earth!
I'm especially impressed and appreciative of the kindness shown by the employees. They are courteous and helpful, and that goes a long way.
I truly enjoy the exceptionally well-prepared meals, the lovely grounds and the 'beyond the call of duty' staff.
The founders of The Village had a vision of a premier retirement community. I was chairman of the board of directors during the planning, initial construction and opening. Now I'm a resident. I love The Village because it's a dream fulfilled and truly, retirement the way it should be.
The Village is a pleasant community where no one is a stranger for long. Programs fill the day with options for the active, the intellectual, board game players and lovers of the arts.
I love the constant change of flowers and plants, and the magnificent trees are a constant enjoyment. The lakes are an added attraction. Every morning, as I eat breakfast by my large kitchen window, I know I am a lucky person.
One monthly payment covers it all, making retirement much simpler and more enjoyable.
To live at The Village is a dream come true. With 3 restaurants, you have a good choice of food and always a nice variety. If you're ready to retire, come to The Village.
I like the rental plan instead of buying into a community. The flexible dining plan is very convenient, allowing us to eat at several places on campus. I love my new home and my new extended family.
There are delicious meals and wonderful activities to please everyone, including trips off campus to shop, sightsee and attend special events.
With a caring staff, wonderful variety of dining choices and beautiful buildings and grounds, I feel like the golden gates opened and welcomed me in! When you arrive, come look me up. We can chat and have some tea or coffee.
I've only been a resident since last Thursday, but I must say that I was very impressed with all of the Village staff during Irma. Despite being worried about their own homes and families, sleeping when they could, and helping many more people then usual, they were never less than friendly and helpful. We were kept informed, fed, and checked on. After the storm, clean-up and repairs seem to be progressing well. If it is possible to send a Wall of Fame nomination for 'everyone who worked during Irma,' I'd be happy to do it. My sister, who will be moving in next week, stayed here during the storm and she, too, was impressed by the staff's good work and good attitude. We can see that we have made a wise choice in moving to the Village.
Words of thanks to all those who gave so much during the passing of hurricane Irma. We often comment negatively when things don’t measure up to our expectations, however, this is to thank each and every one of you and your families…and The Village as a whole…for the cohesion you (and they) showed in banding together to get us all through this storm. It showed amazing planning and leadership, and particularly the instrumentation needed. I thank all of you for your caring and capable help.
Thank you all so very much for all you did for us during the recent storm. Not a day goes by without my appreciating all you do. I am so fortunate to be living here. All the best to the entire staff.
Kudos to all of you. You really made me feel safe. Also, for all of you who had to put in so many extra hours you were so helpful and pleasant. This has made The Village extra special. Thank you.
